If the world was a piece of jewellery, it would look like a Mother Nature piece, since this is all about real flowers and plants but in solid silver and gold.
In a process that took me a year of daily failure, I managed to find out how to coat the plants with silver. In 6 months I improved it considerably, and in the last 10 years I'm still improving.
It's a rare and complex technique, that requires knowledge of different areas to manage it. I should mention that I am a film director (which helped me combine techniques) and, as it seems, I'm pretty persistent too. Maybe these two together led me to make one of my many dreams come true. The workshop for Mother Nature has been in Athens since 2011. I adore nature and art, and this way I managed to marry these two loves if mine. Through my work I am trying to make the world and me a bit happier.
There is no better artist than our mother nature. So the designs come from nature, I just do the messy bits to turn them into wearable jewellery.
