Refund policy

Returns Timeframe

The buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us within the 14-day window with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and further instructions.

 

Returns Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes all shipping and customs to send the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Condition of Returned Items & Loss in Value

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and saleable condition with all original packaging (e.g., gift boxes, pouches, certificates).

Please note: The buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods if the item is not returned in its original condition. This means that if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in a resalable state, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to the diminished value of the item. We will communicate this amount to you for agreement before processing any refund.

 

Exchanges

The buyer has 30 calendar days from the date of receiving their order to initiate an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, please contact us within the 30-day window with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and further instructions.

If you are requesting an exchange:

  • The same conditions for returns apply (unworn, original packaging, etc.).

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us, and the shipping costs of the new item.

  • If the new item is of higher value, the buyer covers the difference. If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the buyer's account.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.

Deductions from Refunds: Refunds may be issued for less than the original purchase price if the item has lost value due to not being in its original condition.

 

Order Cancellations

We are able to cancel an order and provide a full refund only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and our standard return policy will apply.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.


Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every item before shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and photos/video of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

 

Processing Time

Processing time is 1-2 days for items that are not made of materials that take longer to manufacture. In any case, you will be informed about the status of your request.
