Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide free shipping. Additional charges may apply based on item weight and material depending on country of destination.

 

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship all our orders via DHL Express or FedEx Express. The specific carrier for your order will be chosen at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Upon pickup by the courier company, it takes approximately a few days for the order to arrive at the destination country.

  • Greece: 1-2 business days
  • European Union: 1-5 business days
  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3-10 business day

 

Processing Timeframe

We try to fulfill orders are soon as possible. Some materials may take longer to manufacture.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package as soon as it leaves our studio.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

 

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and/or the shipping carrier directly.

 

MNJ is not responsible for any other adverse phenomena such as customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, airline or carrier delays, incorrect shipping address provided, that might delay delivery time.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the international shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for:

  • All customs clearance requirements.

  • Paying all import taxes, duties, and VAT (Value-Added Tax).

  • Complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
